- Today at the counter: your quick number, sales, cash and what you owe, with shortcuts to scan an invoice, add a bill, pay a supplier and close today. Price check and your stock lists live here too.
- Balances
- What you owe suppliers and workers. Pay a supplier, add a person, or enter an invoice.
- Daily
- Log a sale, add an expense and close today. A last-7-days sales chart, your month goal and past days.
- Runway
- A 7-day cash forecast: the cash you have on hand against the daily cost of the bills due in the next 7 days.
- History
- Every delivery and payment, with filters such as this month.
- Menu
- Search, reports, stock and products, settings and sync.
Supplier bills and invoice scans
Know who you owe, how much, and when it is due, before the driver asks.
- Add a supplier bill
- Supplier, invoice number, date, items, deposit, fuel and due date. Mark it paid or on credit, and update your stock counts from it.
- Scan an invoice
- Take a photo or upload the file and Deliiq reads the lines for you to check. Free includes 3 scans a month; after that you type the bill in.
- Pay suppliers and workers
- Record a payment against a bill, log wages, and set a payoff plan for an old balance.
- Close today
- Close the day when the numbers are in. A closed day is locked, so it stays the way you left it.

- Overdue supplier bills
- Bills past their due date move to the top of today's list.

Your quick number, explained.
The tracker calls it your quick number: today's sales minus the costs you paid today. It shows how the day went without waiting for the bank or the accountant. It is not profit.

Is the Deliiq tracker really free?
Yes. The tracker is free for one store, with no card and no contract. Free includes unlimited sales and expense entries, 3 invoice scans a month and up to 500 catalog items. It is a plan you can stay on, not a trial that runs out.
Is the quick number my profit?
No. The quick number is today's sales minus the costs you paid today: supplier payments, bills paid in full, wages, petty cash, a daily share of your monthly bills and card fees. Bills bought on credit and the cost of the goods you sold are not taken out, so it is not profit.
Do I have to switch my register?
No. Keep the register you use now. You type the day's totals from your register report or your notes, and you scan or type your supplier bills.
Does it connect to Square or Clover?
No. The tracker has no connection to Square, Clover, SuperSonic or any other register. You type the totals in or scan invoices. A register that records every sale for you is the Deliiq POS.
What happens after 3 invoice scans in a month?
You type the rest of that month's bills in by hand. Scans start again each calendar month. Back Office and POS + Inventory include unlimited invoice scans.
Can I use it for more than one store?
The free tracker covers one store. Back Office covers up to 3 stores, and POS + Inventory has no store limit.
Is this a free POS system?
No. The tracker records your day's totals. It does not ring sales, open a cash drawer or take card payments. The Deliiq POS does that: POS + Inventory is $119 a month, plus hardware quoted for your counter.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, once it has loaded on your phone. What you enter offline is saved and syncs when you are back online.
Does it work in Spanish?
The tracker is in English. The staff shift page, where workers sign in with a PIN, has a Spanish option.
Who can see my numbers?
Your store has its own private link, and you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. The privacy page explains what we keep and why.
