A monthly software price is not the whole bill for a register. Here is every other line, and where it comes from.
Software
The monthly price on this page is the software only. The free tracker stays free. Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe.
Hardware
Hardware is a separate one-time purchase, never a subscription or a rental. We quote it before you buy: pick a setup in the POS builder and send an installation request, and staff confirm hardware availability, delivery, and timing before you commit.
Card processing
Card processing is billed by your processor, not by Deliiq, and it is not part of the monthly price. Deliiq takes no cut of your card volume. Staff confirm the exact processor, reader model, Datacap configuration, merchant approval, and certification before install.
Setup and support
There is no setup fee. Support comes with every plan, including the free tracker — send us a message and we follow up by email.
Taxes
You are responsible for sales or use taxes on your subscription and hardware where they apply.
You can leave whenever you want.
There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your billing settings or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. The free tracker has nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. Tracker Plus and AI Ops are staff-managed add-ons. They are not sold on this page and carry no public price — ask us if you need them.
