A deli POS built for the lunch line.

Ring made-to-order sandwiches, take cash and card, and close the day with a Z report. Built inside a NYC deli.

A drawing of a held sale, not a real one. Your items, prices and tax come from your own setup.

A day behind the counter.

What the register does from the first coffee to the last count. Everything on this list works on the register today. See everything the Deliiq POS does

  1. Open up

Each cashier signs in with their own PIN before ringing a sale.

  2. Breakfast rush

Type the price and tap a department key to ring an egg sandwich made to order. A customer wants to pay part in cash? Split the sale: cash first, the rest on card.

  3. Waiting on the grill

Hold the sale with a note, ring the next customer, and bring the held sale back when the sandwich is up.

  4. Delivery at the back door

Take a photo of the supplier invoice. Deliiq reads the lines, and your costs update when you review and save it. Scan limits depend on your plan.

  5. Lunch line

On a two-screen register, the customer watches each item and the total as you ring. Beer and cigarettes marked 21+ stop the sale until the cashier confirms age.

  6. Close

Count the drawer on the register and print the Z report, built from the day's register data. It can be emailed to you, so the numbers are waiting when you get home.

Is it a fit for your deli?

Better you hear it here than find out at the counter. Also selling a lot of packaged goods? See convenience store POS.

How setup works.

No account and no card to get a price. A person on our team reviews every register before it goes live.

  1. Price it

    Build your setup online

Pick your store type, registers, plan and hardware in the POS builder, then send it as an installation request. No account, no checkout.

  2. Review

    Staff confirm the details

We quote the hardware and confirm availability, delivery and timing. Card processing is reviewed on its own: we check your card processor and your card reader before install.

  3. Go live

    Install and activate

Live register activation stays staff-reviewed. If you are moving from Square, Clover or Lightspeed, we review your export and confirm the item import plan first.

Software is a monthly price. Hardware is a separate one-time purchase we quote before you buy. Card processing is billed by your processor, not by Deliiq.

Questions deli owners ask.

Something missing? Send us a message and we answer by email.

Can I ring sandwiches made to order?

Yes. Type the price and tap a department key to ring a made-to-order item at that price. There are no item modifiers yet, so ring an add-on like extra cheese as its own item or include it in the price.

Does it work with a deli scale?

Not yet. The register does not read a scale, so sliced meat and other sold-by-weight items ring at an open price for now.

Can it print tickets for the kitchen or the grill?

Not yet. Deliiq does not print kitchen or order tickets. A cashier can hold a sale with a note, take the next customer, and bring the held sale back when the order is ready.

Can I take EBT or SNAP?

Not yet. EBT / SNAP checkout is not available yet. When enabled, availability will still depend on processor approval, compatible hardware, and merchant underwriting.

How does it handle beer and cigarettes?

You mark those items as age-restricted. The register shows a 21+ badge and will not take payment until the cashier confirms age. Your store must still check customer age and follow the rules for tobacco, vapes, alcohol and other restricted products. Deliiq prompts do not replace an ID check.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Sales are saved on the register and queued to upload when the connection comes back. Refunds need a connection and a manager's approval. Offline card payments depend on your processor, reader and approved configuration, so check your batch after you reconnect.

Does it work with my card processor?

Not automatically. Staff confirms the exact processor, reader/model, Datacap configuration, merchant approval, and certification before install. Bring your statement and terminal details for review. Card fees come from your processor, and Deliiq takes no cut of your card volume.

How much does it cost?

POS + Inventory is $119 a month in software, plus hardware. Hardware is a one-time purchase that staff quote after you send a setup from the POS builder. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. Back Office is $59 a month and the tracker is free.

Can I keep my current register while I decide?

Yes. The free tracker runs on your phone for sales, expenses, vendor invoices and daily close, without switching POS. When you are ready, price a Deliiq register in the POS builder.
