DeliIQ Privacy Policy

This policy explains how DeliIQ handles account, tenant, support, billing, and operational data.

What We Collect

DeliIQ may collect account details, tenant identifiers, store setup data, tracker records, catalog data, invoices, reports, billing status, support messages, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

How We Use Data

DeliIQ may store, process, sync, analyze, and use tenant data to provide tracker/admin/POS/reporting/catalog/pricing/support/billing features.

Raw Store Records

The tenant owns raw store records. DeliIQ does not sell individual store records.

Future Catalog Intelligence

Shared catalog suggestions and cross-tenant product intelligence are not active features. If DeliIQ introduces them later, they will require a separate notice and opt-in before activation.

Analytics & Cookies

The DeliIQ website loads a lightweight analytics script to understand aggregate page usage. We do not run ad trackers and we do not sell browsing data. The apps use cookies and on-device storage for sign-in sessions and offline data, not for advertising.

Service Providers

DeliIQ runs on a small set of providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, sync), Stripe (payments — DeliIQ never stores card numbers), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and our analytics provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Tenant data is isolated with row-level security so one store can never read another store's records, and privileged operations go through audited server-side functions.

Export & Deletion

The tenant can export its data from the app at any time. To request a full export or permanent deletion of your tenant data, email us and we will complete it within 30 days.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (including under California and other state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. We honor these requests for everyone, not just where required: email hello@deliiq.com. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We keep tenant data while the workspace is active and for up to 30 days after termination so you can export it, after which it is deleted on a rolling schedule. Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before those backups expire. We may retain records longer where the law requires (for example, billing records).

Children

DeliIQ accounts are for business operators 18 and older. The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, email us and we will delete it.

Where Data Is Processed

DeliIQ is operated from the United States and data is processed on US-based infrastructure. By using the Services you consent to processing in the US.

Changes to This Policy

We will post any changes here with a new version date. Material changes will be flagged in the app or by email before they take effect.
