DeliIQ Limited Hardware Warranty

Version 2026-06-12

This Limited Hardware Warranty applies to hardware purchased directly from Deli IQ Inc and is part of the Terms of Service.

What Is Covered

Hardware that fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship under normal store use during the warranty period. Unless your order or invoice states a different period, the warranty period is one (1) year from the date of delivery. The optional Hardware Warranty+ add-on extends coverage per its own terms shown at purchase.

Your Exclusive Remedy

For a covered defect, DeliIQ will — at its option — repair the unit, replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent unit (new or refurbished), or refund the price you paid for that unit. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for hardware defects. Replacement units are warranted for the remainder of the original period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

How to Claim

Email hello@deliiq.com with your store name, the unit, and a description (photos help). Do not ship anything until we confirm the claim and give a return address — unauthorized returns may be refused. We may require the defective unit back before or after sending a replacement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. DELIIQ IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FROM HARDWARE FAILURE, INCLUDING LOST SALES DURING DOWNTIME. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU; THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS THAT VARY BY STATE.
