This disclaimer covers all AI-assisted features in DeliIQ — including the AI Bookkeeper, invoice OCR and line-item extraction, catalog autofill, and any feature that generates answers, summaries, or suggestions automatically. It is part of the Terms of Service.
AI features generate output from your store's data using statistical models. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misread — especially scanned invoices, handwritten figures, and unusual product names. Always review AI-generated numbers against the source document or report before acting on them.
AI output is informational only. It is not accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice; DeliIQ is not a CPA firm, tax preparer, or law firm; and no professional-client or fiduciary relationship is created by using these features. For tax filings, financial statements, and legal questions, use a qualified professional. You remain solely responsible for your filings, records, and business decisions.
AI features process your tenant data to answer your questions and extract your documents, as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Use Policy. Your store records are not used to train models for other businesses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeliIQ is not liable for decisions made, filings submitted, or losses incurred in reliance on AI output. The warranty disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Service apply fully to AI features.
