Deliiq Accessibility Statement

Deliiq is a service of Deliiq IQ Holdings LLC d/b/a Deliiq, a New York limited liability company.

Deliiq is built for busy store counters, which means the public site has to work for people using a keyboard, a screen reader, or other assistive technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on the public marketing site. This page is that statement. It is not a third-party certification.

Scope

This statement covers public pages on deliiq.pro: the marketing homepage, /start, /build, /contact, and the legal/policy pages linked below.

Signed-in product surfaces — the tracker, owner admin, super-admin, and POS/register — are not covered here. Those apps have their own chrome and are tracked separately.

Conformance status

The public marketing site partially supports WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We design and check public pages against that bar. We have not completed a third-party accessibility audit, so we do not claim complete conformance.

What we do today

• A skip-to-main-content link on this statement and on the marketing homepage. It appears when you tab to it.
• One page heading, a main landmark, and an English language tag on the document.
• Visible focus outlines on links and the skip control.
• Minimum 44px tap targets on this page's links.
• Body text and link color checked against WCAG AA contrast on the cream background.
• Text alternatives or explicit decorative marking for marketing media and icons.

Known limitations

• Some non-English marketing translations are still drafts and fall back to English.
• Some product demo animations are decorative and hidden from screen readers rather than narrated.
• Optional analytics load after idle; they are not required to read this statement.

Compatible environments

Public pages are built as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for current Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, with keyboard access and common screen readers (VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA) in mind. We do not claim every browser and assistive-technology combination has been tested.

How we assess

Last reviewed 13 August 2026. Review is internal: heading and landmark structure, keyboard skip/focus, tap targets, and contrast on public HTML. It is not a third-party audit.
