Deliiq Data Use Policy

Version 2026-06-29

Deliiq is a service of Deliiq IQ Holdings LLC d/b/a Deliiq, a New York limited liability company.

Tenant Ownership

The tenant owns its raw store data, including tracker entries, product records, supplier records, pricing records, invoices, reports, bank transactions imported at the owner's direction, and related operational records.

Service Use

Deliiq may store, process, sync, analyze, and use tenant data to provide tracker, admin, POS, reporting, catalog, pricing, support, and billing features.

Bank Transaction Imports

Paid owners may connect bank accounts through Plaid for a read-only Money OS bank feed. DeliIQ uses imported account metadata and bank transactions to show cash balances, review queues, budget usage, and runway views. DeliIQ does not receive or store bank login credentials, routing numbers, account numbers, ACH authorization, or payment-initiation authority for this feature.

On owner-initiated disconnect, the owner must choose whether to delete imported bank data or archive it as read-only history. If Plaid reports user revocation, permission revocation, or unrecoverable Item removal, DeliIQ deletes stored Plaid tokens immediately and deletes imported Plaid data by default for privacy, retaining only non-sensitive audit metadata.

Future Catalog Intelligence

Shared catalog suggestions and cross-tenant product intelligence are not active features. If Deliiq introduces them later, they will require a separate notice and opt-in before activation.

No Sale of Individual Store Records

DeliIQ does not sell individual store records.

De-identified & Aggregated Data

Deliiq may create and use de-identified, aggregated data that does not identify any tenant, store, or person — for example, to size infrastructure, improve features, and publish high-level statistics. This is distinct from the opt-in cross-tenant features above and never exposes one store's records to another.

Retention, Backups & Termination

While your workspace is active, your data stays available to you. After termination you have 30 days to export, after which data is deleted on a rolling schedule; deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before those backups expire. Billing records may be retained as the law requires.

AI Processing

AI features process tenant data to answer the tenant's own questions and extract the tenant's own documents. Tenant records are not used to train models for other businesses. See the AI Disclaimer.

Future Add-ons

Cameras and similar future add-ons may require separate terms, notices, or consent before activation.
