Deliiq is a service of Deliiq IQ Holdings LLC d/b/a Deliiq, a New York limited liability company.
The Free Tracker is free. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your billing settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. If a hardware deposit is required, we confirm and send the secure payment link before hardware work starts.
If you were double-charged, charged after canceling, or billed for the wrong plan, email us and we will correct it promptly.
Hardware is a one-time purchase. Units that arrive defective or damaged are replaced. For any other hardware return, contact us before shipping anything back and we will sort out the details with you.
